• These Terms govern the use of our services, including but not limited to graphic design, video production, branding, and content marketing.

• We provide end-to-end creative services, including but not limited to:

  • Graphic Design

  • Video Production

  • Branding & Identity

  • Content Marketing

  • Social Media Campaigns

• All deliverables are tailored to your specific requirements and project scope.

• All payments are due as per the agreed terms in the project proposal or invoice.

• Payments are exclusive of VAT or any regional taxes, which will be added based on the delivery location.

• Payment gateways and methods may vary depending on your region and will be discussed during onboarding.

• Once a project is initiated and payments are made, no refunds will be provided for cancellations, regardless of the stage of project completion.

• Creaxique Studio reserves the right to terminate a project if payment obligations are unmet or if the client violates any agreed terms.

• We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your data.

• Upon request, we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect sensitive information related to your project.

• Any proprietary information shared by the client will only be used for the agreed-upon project scope.

• All project deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment.

• Creaxique Studio retains the right to showcase non-sensitive work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

• Any third-party content or software used in the deliverables will remain subject to the original creator’s terms.

• Each project includes a predefined number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate.

• Clients are required to provide timely feedback and approvals to ensure project deadlines are met.

• Clients must provide all necessary materials, information, and approvals needed for the project to proceed.

• Delays in providing the required inputs may result in a revised timeline and additional charges.

• Creaxique Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

• While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of our deliverables, clients are responsible for reviewing final materials before publication or use.

• Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice. However, payments for work completed or in progress remain non-refundable.

• In the event of termination, all materials created up to that point will be handed over to the client, provided full payment is received.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in the same jurisdiction.

Creaxique Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated "Effective Date."
